Close to everything! That there was good space to hang out, a well-equipped kitchen and a nice sauna.
The responsiveness, we stayed on the lower part of the house and the guests above were really loud and partied all night. I should add that there was a change of guests above and both groups disturbed the same amount. It's not exactly fun living downstairs in these houses.
